Food truck event planned in Colorado Springs

The fourth annual Food Truck Cook-Off will be 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Broadmoor World Arena World Arena, 3185 Venetucci Blvd. in Colorado Springs, according to The Colorado Springs Gazette. The event kicks off Small Business Week for the Pikes Peak Region, from Sunday through May 9. This year, there will be nearly 40 trucks, and 3,000 people are expected, meaning people are encouraged to pre-register.

Tickets are $25, including 10 sampling tickets and one beverage (water or soda). Additional sampling tickets are $1.

Each truck will offer two sizes of their featured dish for one or two tickets.
