Food truck event returns to Illinois town

Food Truck Fridays will return to the Forest Preserve District of Will County in Mokena, Illinois from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on June 14, July 12 and Aug. 9, according to the Mokena Patch. The food trucks will be located at Hammel Woods — Route 59 Access in Shorewood and Hickory Creek Preserve — LaPorte Road Access in Mokena.

Trucks will include Tacos Maui, Burritoville, Cookies with Flavor, My Funnel Cake and Beach Bums Tropical Sno, Cheesie's, The Fat Shallot, The Roaming Hog, Smokin' Z BBQ, Nothing Bundt Cakes and others.
