Food truck fest happening this week in PA

A food truck festival is taking place in Tarentum, Pennsylvania this week thanks to approval from the Tarentum Recreation Board.

The event will be held Aug. 11 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Riverview Memorial Park, according to a Trib Live report.

The event will feature a concert starting at 6 p.m. and food trucks offering everything from ice slushies to po'boys to hoagies are participating.

"We thought this would be a fresh idea for Tarentum," Carrie Fox, board president, told the news outlet.
