Food truck festival happening in Waco come March

The city of Waco, Texas will be home to a food truck festival on March 28, boasting 30 different food trucks.

The participant list for the Texas Food Truck Showdown, according to a Narcity report, includes Nightlight Donuts and Laredo Taco Company.

The festival will include its first-ever People's Choice food judge — and those wanting to attend can enter to win the chance to serve as the judge by checking out their web site.
