Food truck festival planned in New Jersey town

The Morris Plains Food Truck Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m,. Oct. 6, at Community Park on Jim Fear Drive in Morris Plains, New Jersey, according to the Morris Township Patch.

The event will raise funds for the Morris Plains Borough School 8th grade trip to Washington, D.C., and will include music, a craft fair, kids' games and a TV giveaway sponsored by Salerno-Duane Infiniti.

Admission is $5 in advance and $8 onsite, with kids three and under admitted for free.
