Food truck festival scheduled in Connecticut

The Greater Hartford Food Truck Fest will be held 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., on Saturday, June 23, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday, June 24, near L.L. Bean at the Evergreen Walk Park in South Windsor, Connecticut, according to The Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk website.

Admission is free and the event will include entertainment and children's activities.

Food trucks will include: Low N Slow Catering; Makin' Bacon; Lenny & Joe's Fish Tale; Indochine Pavilion/Thai Kitchen; Request A Chef; Spice 'N Taste; Lucy's Potato Pancakes; Kettle Girl Popcorn; New England Apple Fritters; Meriano's Cannoli Truck; Bird's Nest; Deb's Café; Sultan Kebab; Tater Shack; Cotton Candy & Candy Apples; Nuts 4 Nuts; Chompers; 3 Chicks Grille; Brazilian Gula Grille; Lemonade; Shermans Taphouse; Poutine; Dee's Flavors; and The Brew Bus.
