Food truck festival set for Minneapolis this Sunday

The 7th annual Uptown Food Truck Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday along Hennepin Avenue, from Lake to 32nd streets, and on 31st Street from Humboldt Girard avenues in Minneapolis, according to a report in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

The festival is the first of three organized by Minnesota Food Truck Festivals. Others will be held July 20 and Aug. 17.

This festivals will have 16 new food trucks, including Sweet Gypsy, Jamo's New Zealand Pie Co., Bibuta, Jinx Tea and the Minnesota Vikings Foundation's Vikings Table food truck which distributes healthy meals to Twin Cities youth.
