‘Food Truck Frenzy’ motors into Macon, Georgia

This weekend's Food Truck Frenzy in Macon, Georgia will bring a variety of flavors to the Cherry Blossom Festival, with savory and sweet dishes being offered from 11 trucks, according to The Telegraph.

"We have about the same number of trucks as last year, but they are bringing more food in anticipation of the crowds," Collin Holder, director of events and merchandising for the festival, told the Telegraph. "People in larger cities see food trucks more regularly than we do here, and people just enjoy them."

Some of the trucks coming are Nana G’s Chicken & Waffles, the Muenster Truck, Flatbread Bistro, Brooke Lynn's Own Sticks and Cones, Mac the Cheese Truck, the Pup Truck and Repicci's Real Italian Ice and Gelato.

There will be live music, and beer also will be sold on site, Holder said.
