The Food Truck Friday event is back on in Waxahachie, Texas.
The event was held three times last fall, according to a report at the Waxahachie Daily Light.
Organizers Julie Campbell and her husband said they started the event to help foster community support for local businesses.
"It's growing in popularity," Campbell told the news outlet.
The first event is tonight from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Restaurants expected to have a food truck on site include Missing Links BBQ, Papi's Tacos, Blake's Bar-B-Que and Cheros Latin Kitchen.
"My goal is to have as many vendors as who want to participate," Campbell told the news outlet. "It keeps the idea fresh so that people don't see the same thing. New operators are reaching out, so it will give people a variety."
