Food Truck Friday to begin in Spokane

Food Truck Friday will be held 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 3 on Wall Street in downtown Spokane, Washington. The event runs through August and will feature a rotation of food trucks, according to KXLY-TV.

Trucks on May 3 will include Mixed Plate, Mangia Pizza, Crate., One Night Stand BBQ, Tacos Camargo, Ben & Jerry's and BombShell Sweets.
