Food Truck Fridays back in play in Alabama town

The Food Truck Fridays event in Birmingham, Alabama is back, starting today.

The event, hosted by Simone's Kitchen ATL, runs every Friday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., according to a Bham Now report.

In addition to Simone's Kitchen truck, a slew of local trucks and vendors are participating:

• Naughty But Nice Kettle Corn Co.
• Big Daddy Bomb Barbecue Sauce.
• 1918 Catering LLC.
• Encore Rouge Gourmet Street Food.
• A-Train Station.
• Why Not Rhino's.
• Sugar & Ice Dessert Truck.
• Palate Teezers.
• Aww Shucks.
• Dirty Red.
• K&J's Elegant Pastries & Creamery.
• Adored Sweets Custom Cakes.

There will be live music courtesy of a D.J. as well musicians. The outdoor event takes place at Club Med.
