Food Truck Fridays back on in Puyallup

Foodies in Puyallup, Washington will be happy to hear that Food Truck Fridays has kicked off at the Pioneer Park Pavilion.
The weekly event is held 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 328 S. Meridian, and the first truck that served last week was Sabrina's Street Melts, according to a report at The News Tribune.
The event is a good thing for residents and food truck operators coming out of COVID-19.
"Like many other businesses, food truck owners have needed to find new ways to operate during COVID," Puyallup Economic Development Manager Meredith Neal told the news outlet.
Participating trucks include Velvet's Big Easy, Kona Ice of Olalla, Boss Mama's Kitchen, Fat Zach's Pizza, Tacoma Weiner Company and Dick's Drive-In Food Truck.
