Food Truck Fridays event expands in Chicago suburb

Food Truck Fridays will return to Lincolnshire, Illinois, a Chicago suburb, beginning May 25, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and will expand from eight to 12 trucks, according to the Chicago Tribune. The event will be held every other Friday through Aug. 1 in the Lincolnshire Corporate Center parking lot at 300 Knightsbridge Parkway.

Food trucks will include: Grill Chasers; Marty's Eat Wagon; Toasty Cheese; Toasty Taco; and others.
