Food truck Fridays event launching in West Virginia town

Food Truck Fridays will kick off on April 30 in Cadiz, West Virginia.

The inaugural event, which will feature a different truck each week, is sponsored by the Cadiz Business Association, according to a report at The Intelligencer.

"We wanted to come up with something for right now to provide something different for people in the community," Ryan McCann, CBA president, told the news outlet. "We've seen other communities doing it and thought it would be a good thing for people to get out and enjoy."

Participating trucks include Wood Fired Pizza, Chick-fil-A, Gary's Hot Road BBQ and Ideal Provisions.

The food trucks will be located on Main Street, across from the courthouse, and the event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
