Food Truck Fridays happening in San Jose community

A Food Truck Fridays event is happening this month in San Jose, California in partnership with grocer Safeway.
The event, which kicked off at the start of September and is held in the Willow Glen community, brings three different trucks each week to serve up their fare from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m, according to a Mercury News report.
"Our goal with these events is to bring a variety of great local food to our customers and the communities our stores serve while maintaining a safe environment for the customers attending," Matt Lynch, senior vice president for meals at Safeway parent company Albertsons, told the news outlet.
The event this Friday includes the Saigon Street Food, Luv's Brownies and Grillzilla The Dudes food trucks.
