Food Truck Fridays kicking off in Ithaca

A Food Truck Friday event is kicking off this month in Ithaca, New York, led by a local financial institution wanting to show appreciation for the community.

The Tompkins Trust Company will host the month-long event which will be held at a different branch location each week from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Fridays in October, according to a Ithaca.com report.

"Community is at the heart of what we do," Greg Hartz, president and CEO of TTC, told the news outlet. "We are thrilled to share fun lunchtime fare with our neighbors and excited to have the opportunity to talk and connect with them over complimentary food truck treats."
