Food Truck Fridays kicking off in Milwaukee farmers market

The Food Truck Friday event, at the West Allis Farmers Market in Milwaukee, kicks off June 16.
The free event will happen weekly, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at 6501 W. National Ave., according to an OnMilwaukee report.
The events feature over a dozen participating food trucks, as well as live music, craft beer options and a mini market.
"Food has the power to bring people together, and Food Truck Fridays unite the community over a shared love of trying a wide variety of cuisine," Dan Devine, mayor of the City of West Allis, told the news outlet. "We bring the best trucks in the area, local breweries and local entertainment, all in one place. You can't go wrong on a Friday night at Food Truck Fridays."
