Food truck hub coming to Brisbane, Australia

A food truck, restaurant and bar concept will open in Brisbane, Australia, courtesy of an expanding Melbourne food group, 100 Burgers Group, according to the Brisbane Times. 

By mid-February, the group hopes to have rotating food trucks and restaurant guest spots working out of Bowen Hills near the Brisbane Showgrounds.

The concept is modeled on the group's Welcome to Thornbury in Melbourne, which draws thousands in Melbourne's Northcote on a busy weekend.
