Food truck hub gaining fans

The Summer's Hub of the Kennewick food truck hub in Washington State is fast becoming a favorite of food truck operators and food truck fare lovers.

The hub, in Kennewick, has been busy since it launched just a few weeks ago, according to a KEPRtv.com report.

In fact, the response has been overwhelming, according to owner Chris Corbin.

The hub features 28 food truck spots and a 7,000-square-foot building offering indoor seating and home to live music and community events. There's a trivia night each Thursday and Corbin aims to have the hub be home to a weekly Saturday market.

"We've been so busy, overwhelmed with good responses from everyone in the community." Corbin said in the report. "Along with the food trucks... We can't stock them enough with food. The place has just been hopping. It's been really great to see."
