An unused car park in Brisbane, Australia, has been transformed into a food truck hub, according to the Brisbane Times. The Woollooongabba Truckin' Hungry site will host up to eight food trucks per day, according to Ihab Iman, the hub's co-director.
Food trucks are common in Brisbane, but there are only a few spaces, including Wandering Cooks in South Brisbane, where they gather for a mash-up of flavors and cultures.
Despite failing with a food truck hub earlier this year in Fortitude Valley, Iman said the Woolloongabba site has lasting potential.
