Food truck hub to open in Washington State

A food truck hub will open at the Costco headquarters building at 21930 Southeast 51st Street in Issaquah, Washington, this winter. More than a dozen trucks will be available at the downtown office park through March 1, according to the Sammamish-Issaquah Patch.

The trucks will include: KC Deez BBQ; Road Chef Global Bistro; ChicagoWest; Charlie's Buns N' Stuff; Peasant Food Manifesto; Big Boys Filipino Food Truck; Mix Poke Truck; QT Food Truck; Tabassum; The People's Burger; Theo's Gyros; Puft Bubble Waffles; Road Chef Global Bistro; and Fork and Fin.
