Food truck lot coming to Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs, Colorado will soon have a food truck lot downtown called The Lot at Meanwhile Block. It will officially open on March 15 to match up with the Switchbacks FC soccer team's season opener, according to a report by Fox21 News.
The Lot will feature multiple rotating food trucks from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays.
"The city has been waiting for a dedicated food truck lot, and we're thrilled to bring The Lot to downtown Colorado Springs," Bria Yatsko of Norwood Development Group, said in the release. "This is just the beginning of the new activations we plan to introduce at Meanwhile Block this year, as we continue to build a vibrant, welcoming venue and cultural gathering space within the Park Union District."
