Food truck lot opens in Bend, Oregon

The Podski, a new food truck lot in Bend, Oregon, has opened at 536 NW Arizona Ave., two years after landlord Mikel Lomsky began planning it, according to The Bulletin.

The Podski features installed sewer and water lines and large portable bathrooms. Lomsky is already planning the future addition to the food truck lot of a 1,000-square-foot climate-controlled building.
