Food truck market opens in Hawaii

Neon — A Food Truck Marketplace, at Pearlridge Center in Aiea, Hawaii, will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, according to a Pacific Business News report.

The market, located in the lot in front of T.J. Maxx, opened last Friday, offering seating and entertainment on weekends.

Food trucks currently include Blue Water Shrimp & Seafood Market, The Filipino Shack and Honolulu Pineapple Company and Da Spot.
