Food truck owner to lead food truck class in Wisconsin

A food truck class in Green Lake, Wisconsin will help aspiring food truck owners, according to Oshkosh Northwestern

Matt Trotter, who owns The Horseradish Food Truck and brick-and-mortar Horseradish Kitchen and Market in Princeton, slated to open in November, will lead the class.  

Classes will be held from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. from October 16 through November 6 in the Green Lake Kitchens at Town Square, 492 Hill St., a food industry incubator in Green Lake. 

Enrollment costs $99 and is limited to 10 food trucks with a maximum of two participants per food truck.
