Food truck owners in Wisconsin town seek longer serving hours

March 16, 2018

Food truck owners in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, have asked the city council to expand the hours they're allowed to operate in public parks, according to WQOW-TV. They also asked for an increase in the number of parking spaces they are allowed.

The council recently voted to allow food trucks to serve at public parks, but restricted the number of times per week they could serve at any particular park.

Ray French, a business assistance specialist for the city, said the city will consider the truck owners' requests.
