Food truck park comes to Alaska

Fairbanks, Alaska is now home to the End of the Line Food Truck Park.

Owner Cory Wilbur opened the park to meet the needs of the more than 50 food trucks in interior Alaska that don't have access to a park, according to a report by Web Center Fair Banks.

There are 12 dedicated spots, with six offering leasing with utility hook-ups.

"Rather than parking in front of maybe a brick and mortar, they actually have their own space that it is their space and it's for them, and so this gives them the opportunity to operate to pretty much focus on their customer service, their product, their interaction with the customer, and takes away all the usual issues that they come across," Wilbur told the news outlet.

There is also an indoor dining area.
