Food truck park coming to Colorado town

A food truck park will open in Evans, Colorado, in mid-September, according to 9news.com. The park, to be called The Yard at 3520, will be established on a property at 3520 S. 11th Ave. where a restaurant, The New Plantation, closed earlier this month.

Rotating food trucks will serve lunch and dinner daily, and the property will provide picnic tables, fire pits and a volleyball court.
