A former mechanic's garage off Sevier Avenue will soon become a food truck park in South Knoxville, Tennessee, offering both indoor and outdoor seating, along with a bar and entertainment stage, according to wate.com. March 1 is the target open date.
David Yousif, co-owner, said the park, to be called Hard Knox Garage, will host three to four food trucks per day. Plans also include 20 craft beers on tap and eventually a liquor license.
