Food truck park opening in upstate NY

This weekend marks the opening of the 9A Eats food truck park in Elmsford, New York.

The Westchester park is located on the former Red Fox Diner location and is a collaborative initiative between the local government and the property owner, according to a Rockland/Westchester Journal News report.

The park will be home to four trucks on most days, with trucks serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. The second phase of its development will feature a central dining pavilion with the goal of providing year-round seating and service.
