Food truck park opens in Bossier City, Louisiana

The SoBo Food Truck Park has opened in Bossier City, Louisiana. The city approved the park six months ago, according to report by KTBS 3.

"I think it's a great area and it's a lot of places for our food trucks to gather and people have a variety and places where they usually can't get a brick and mortar restaurant meal," Shannon Hicks, owner of Masshole Lobster Truck, said in the report.

The owner plans for the park to be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., but breakfast food trucks have not signed up yet.
