September 28, 2018

After nearly three years of delays, a food truck park opened for business in Redding, California, at Carnegie Park (formerly Library Park) downtown, and is open daily from 5–9 p.m. Hundreds of people filled the park on Thursday, according to actionnewsnow.com.

The area will host five food trucks and a beer booth. Todd Franklin, developer of the park, plans to rotate vendors periodically.

The park also features highchairs for kids, outdoor fire pits, trash cans and games such as giant checkers, cornhole and bowling.
