Food truck park opens in Southwest Florida

The Rooftop at Riverside food truck park officially opened in Bonita Springs, Florida. The location features a rooftop bar and six food trucks: Butcher's Blvd, Zoey's Pizza, No Manches MX, OCN Seafood Co., Crooked Cow Creamery and Ma Petite Creperie, according to a report by Gulf Shore Business.

The concept was created by Phil Wills who runs the reality show Bar Rescue. He trained all the bartenders on this program.

"Our entire theme on the inside is about the history of Bonita Springs, so we're bringing this fusion of this new food truck concept, while still respecting our heritage and where Bonita Springs came from," Chris Magnus, co-developer and owner, said in the report.
