The husband and wife team of Alden and Scott Larrick plan to open Knoxville, Tennessee's first food truck park at the site of a former rental business, according to WATE6.
The pair have hired contractors for painting, fixing concrete and electrical work for the park, Central Filling Station, located at 900 North Central Street. The plan is to have plug-ins so trucks won't need to use their own generators for power.
Central Filling Station will host four to five food trucks for lunch and dinner.
