Food truck park planned for Laredo, Texas

Laredo, Texas' planning and zoning commission approved plans for a food truck park that faces North Central Park, according to the Laredo Morning Times.

Golondrina Park will have space for four food trucks, a covered seating area, a bar, restrooms and an enclosed brick-and-mortar retail space. The park will also have electrical hook-ups for the trucks, along with access to clean water and a gray water system leading to a grease trap. Food trucks will have access to an on-site commissary at the park, according to the story.
