Food truck park planned for Texas town

A local business owner plans to open a food truck park on a parcel of land off of Business 83 in Mission, Texas, that he purchased last year, according to The Monitor.

Felipe Cavazos, the owner of Incredibowl on 2140 E. Business Highway 83 in Mission, said he plans to open a food truck park with about six food trucks on the property adjacent to the bowling alley in approximately four months. The property once housed a restaurant.

On Monday, the Mission city council approved Cavazos' application for a conditional use permit for the park.
