Food truck park planned in Utah town

The Pleasant Grove, Utah city council has approved a plan for a food truck park called "The Grove Station" at 95 S. 2000 West in The Grove section of the city, according to a Daily Herald report.

Daniel Cárdenas, the city's community development director, said the 1.23-acre site will have parking for seven food trucks with utility outlets, along with 200 seats. The food trucks, which will rotate, will be positioned in a circle. 

There will also be a 4,600-square-foot building resembling a train station that will serve as a reception area.
