Food truck park coming to Erie, Pennsylvania

A food truck park called at IPPA Pizza and Food Truck Park will open at 2702 W. Eighth Street in Erie, Pennsylvania on Oct. 15, according to a goerie.com report.

Jason Spore, owner of the IPPA Pizza restaurant, said he will have his own food truck at the park, along with one to three other trucks participating. Spore said his own food truck will not launch until at least the end of October.
