A food truck pavilion is on schedule to open this spring in Kennewick, Washington.

The pavilion is owned by Chris Corbin, a local resident, who expects the pavilion to be home to concerts, yoga events and wineries, according to a KEPR report.

"There have been ideas like this done in other cities around the Northwest, but nothing like the vision that I have, which is bigger and more space for people to walk around and enjoy themselves, and really more space for events," he told the news outlet.

The pavilion will accommodate 28 food trucks and has an expected opening date of June 1.
