Food Truck Tuesdays kicks off in Buffalo

The Food Truck Tuesday event in Buffalo, New York is celebrating a decade in operation with its opening this month.

The event, at Larkin Square, offers a rotation of 20 food trucks, according to a Spectrum 1 News report.

"We couldn't have imagined 10 years ago what Food Truck Tuesdays and the neighborhood as a whole has become," Kayla Zemsky, vice president of Larkin Development, told the news outlet. "Now Tuesdays are really a neighborhood-wide celebration."
