Food truck TV series to award $10K to top operators this fall

This fall, Andrew Zimmern, a celebrity chef, TV host and former food truck operator, will visit food trucks across the country in a six-series TV show on Food Network, "Big Food Truck Tip," according to Food Network.

The episodes will showcase three food trucks in each of the cities visited, one of which will receive a $10,000 tip per episode.

The series premieres Sept. 19 with back-to-back episodes starting at 10 p.m. EST.
