Food Truck Village opens in Charlotte, North Carolina

The OTC Food Truck Village recently opened in downtown Cornelius, North Carolina, a suburb of Charlotte. The space will offer eight food trucks and a common area with picnic tables, heat lamps, cornhole boards and string lights, according to a report by the Charlotte Observer.

The food truck lineup includes:

• Pasteles La Andinita for Venezuelan empanadas and pasteles.
• Chez Irene for French crepes and waffles.
• The Factory for gourmet hotdogs.
• Java Island Coffee Hut.
• Home of Taste for Ukrainian food.
• Your Mom's Donuts.
• Sabores Bakery.

Owner David Dunn is also interviewing a taco truck and a farm-to-table truck.
