Food Truck Wednesdays happening on Kansas campus

The University of Kansas is now home to a Food Truck Wednesdays event on its Lawrence campus during the month of April.

The food trucks will offer a wide range of food options, according to KU News, a university media outlet.

There will be four trucks in four different campus spots, with plans to rotate each week, and the menus include Mexican, burgers, city barbecue and breaded chicken.

The trucks will accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, tap-to-pay and cash as forms of payment.
