Food truck with Caribbean vibe drives into Arkansas

One of the latest food trucks in Bentonville, Arkansas is the Island Vibes which offers a menu of Caribbean items and Jamaican favorites.

There is jerk shrimp, oxtail, curry goat as well as sandwiches and soup, according to an Axios NW Arkansas report.

The truck serves from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday at 801 SE 8th St. in Bentonville.
