Food Truck Yard opens in Texas

The Orange County Food Truck Yard recently opened in Orange County, Texas. Marcy Taylor, owner, said she plans to have a wide variety of food choices at the yard, according to a report by Beaumont Enterprise.

"We have the capacity to include more food trucks and we will in time," Taylor said in the report.

The yard will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with extended hours on Saturday, with Ruby's Street food truck serving breakfast.
