Food trucks in Lansing, Michigan to sell food to support veterans

Beginning Monday, five food trucks will take turns selling food at the corner of Cedar and Jolly streets in the parking lot of CSL Plasma in Lansing, Michigan, according to The Lansing State Journal.

A portion of the week's sales will benefit the Soles4Vets campaign, part of the Footprints of Michigan organization, which collects new socks and footwear for veterans.

The serving schedule is as follows: Clint's Hotdog Cart on Monday, Fresh & Furious on Tuesday, From Scratch on Wednesday, Smoke 'N Pig BBQ on Thursday and Taqueria Tomatitos on Friday.
