Food trucks play big role in documentary on racial tolerance

Two food trucks, Grill 'Em All and El Pescadito, play a starring role in a documentary exploring the American dream and how street food plays a role in fostering racial tolerance.

The documentary, "Backstreet to the American Dream," is set in Los Angeles, according to the film's website, and focuses on experiences of American entrepreneurs and immigrants. The Grill 'Em All food truck was the first season winner of Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race.
