Food trucks return to Boise State University

Food trucks will return on Tuesdays and Thursdays to Boise State University this semester, according to the Idaho Statesman.

Rotating food trucks will serve people west of the greenhouses between the education and science buildings from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The alternating food truck lineup includes Mad Mac, Awesome Burger, Urban Smoke, Kono Pizza, Churro Bros. and The Gyro Shack. A Dutch Bros. mobile coffee unit will come on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
