Riverfront Park in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, will host "A Taste of Independence" on July 4 for the third straight year. The event will feature food trucks, entertainment, children's games and fireworks, according to pennlive.com. Approximately 40 food trucks will begin serving at 3 p.m.
Offerings will include crab cakes, jumbo lobster rolls, pizza, stuffed pretzels, wraps, burritos, gourmet sandwiches, and milk shakes from the Pennsylvania Dairymens Farm Show.
