Food trucks to serve Virginia Tech students

Students at Virginia Tech will find food trucks as a lunch time option for the new school year, according to a report in The Roanoke Times. 

Trucks expected starting Aug. 26 are: Brother Jake's Brick Oven Creations; Big D's BBQ & Ribs; Creole That; Fork in the Road; Nomad's Coffee; Salem Chick-fil-A; and Mann's Sausage Company.

 The school's food trucks: The Grillfield and Periodic Table,  will continue to operate.
